Carbon fibre composite rigid felts (long and short)

At present, Vulcan has mastered all carbon fiber felting technologies, and has independently developed solidified felts using carbon fiber soft felt as raw material, and has been graphitized at 2400℃ for one-step forming. The hard felt adopts density gradient structure technology, and undergoes various surface treatments or purification treatments, which have higher strength, better oxidation resistance, and higher porosity. All felting equipment, impregnation equipment, solidification equipment, carbonization and graphitization equipment, and high-temperature chemical purification equipment are independently developed.
