On the morning of June 10, 2023, Dr. Tang Bo's opening report meeting of the postdoctoral research station of Vulcan Technology was successfully held in the second-floor conference room of Hangzhou Vulcan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. The meeting was held online + offline. Professor Wang Ke of Sichuan University, Researcher Yu Jinhong of Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Senior Engineer Duan Jingkuan of Ningbo Institute of Technology, Associate Professor Su Juanjuan of Zhejiang University of Technology, and Chief Engineer Wu Xinfeng of Hangzhou Vulcan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and other review experts attended the meeting.
First, Dr. Tang Bo made an opening report, and the topic was "Development of High-temperature Thermal Field Insulation Materials of Chopped Carbon Fiber". Dr. Tang introduced the background of the topic and the significance of the research: ... Dr. Tang and the review experts had in-depth exchanges on "how to ensure the highest purity", "how to control the amount and type of impurities", "how to clarify the advantages of chemical purification and physical purification".
Finally, the review team leader announced the review results, filled in the opening review opinions and signed the postdoctoral opening report.
This opening review meeting has an important guiding role in the implementation and promotion of postdoctoral research projects. Dr. Tang attaches great importance to the development of new products and the cooperation between industry, academia and research. Hangzhou Vulcan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. has set up a postdoctoral workstation to further study the high-purity carbon fiber composite thermal field insulation materials for the third-generation semiconductor crystal growth, design a three-dimensional network structure, explore its preform molding-primary purification-secondary purification and other complete molding processes, study the purification molecular mechanism, build a phonon heat transfer model, and consolidate the theoretical basis for the preparation of advanced carbon fiber composite thermal field materials, which will greatly enhance Vulcan's technological strength. Vulcan Company will make full use of the cooperation platform of the Materials Science and Engineering Postdoctoral Mobile Station of the School of Polymer Science and Engineering of Sichuan University, focus on national needs, stimulate innovation potential, and promote the quality upgrade of scientific research work.
