The 6th SEMI-e was held at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Bao'an New Hall) from June 26 to 28. The theme of this exhibition was ["Computing in the Core" · Smart Future], which built a platform for precise matching of supply and demand and two-way running for the upgraded development of the industrial chain, explored new development paths for the semiconductor industry, and jointly explored new outlets for the semiconductor industry.
Product Introduction
The exhibition focused on the star products of Vulcan - viscose-based soft felt for semiconductors, hard felt for induction furnaces, high-purity viscose-based long-fiber hard felt, and SiC-coated graphite.
Viscose-based soft felt for semiconductors
The soft felt products produced by Vulcan Technology have achieved extremely high purity through two processes: low-temperature purification and high-temperature chemical purification. At the same time, due to its unique formula and process design, fully automated production, and strict quality control, this soft felt has reached the international advanced level in a series of performances, and can replace the widely used German and American imported materials, and successfully achieve domestic substitution.

Hard felt for induction furnaces
The hard felt products for induction furnaces of Vulcan Technology are specially developed for the difference between furnaces caused by manual replacement of soft felts. They are one-piece molded and easy to load and unload, solving the troubles of customers when using soft felts.

High-purity viscose-based long-fiber hard felt
This product was originally developed for large silicon wafer semiconductor industry and has been verified in silicon carbide semiconductors, sapphire and other fields. Compared with Japanese imported materials, the long-fiber hard felt of Vulcan Technology has better thermal insulation performance and service life, and can also provide corresponding replacement models in conjunction with customers' existing processes.

SiC coated graphite
The SiC coated graphite parts produced by the SiC coating technology of Vulcan Technology have a surface coating with the leading level of density and uniformity in China, which greatly reduces the graphite powdering and cracking that occurs during the use of customers. In addition to the above star products, Vulcan Technology also exhibited high-purity short fiber hard felt, high-purity graphite, porous graphite, and epitaxial felt (used for SiC epitaxy) at this exhibition, which were highly recognized by customers on site.
