On the morning of December 8, 2022, Huzhou Vulcan Zhongxin and Huzhou Technology Group held a delivery ceremony for Plants 1 and 2. The plants were successfully handed over under the joint witness of Lei Dongyu, member of the Party Committee of Meishan Town, Changxing County, Li Jianwei, deputy general manager of Huzhou Technology Group, and Dai Xuming, general manager of Huzhou Vulcan Zhongxin.

Plants 1 and 2 are single-story steel structures with a construction area of about 50,000 square meters and a usable area of 15,600 square meters. While the plants were successfully delivered, Huzhou Vulcan Zhongxin also arranged for the equipment to enter the factory and be positioned at the first time, in order to start trial production as soon as possible and quickly release the production capacity of CC materials.
