On July 8, 2022, the Changxing County Government held the "Changxing Investment Promotion Conference and Project Signing Ceremony" at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Hangzhou. As a representative of companies that have settled in Changxing, Vulcan Technology was invited to attend and made a keynote speech.

At the meeting, Zhu Wei, deputy secretary of the CPC Changxing County Committee and county magistrate, delivered an opening speech, and Chen Shaopeng, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Changxing County Committee and secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Development Zone, gave a detailed introduction to Changxing's investment environment in terms of transportation, humanities, services, industrial structure and project support.

Dr. Tang Bo, chairman of the Vulcan Group, was invited to speak as a representative of companies in Hangzhou and surrounding areas that have settled in Changxing. Dr. Tang made a corresponding explanation of Vulcan's current business characteristics and future large-scale development plans for the hydrogen energy and energy storage industries, and said that Huzhou Vulcan Zhongxin, as one of the first companies to land in the hydrogen energy equipment industrial park, will give full play to its product advantages, implement refined management, and put into production and generate benefits at the fastest speed!

Huzhou Vulcan Zhongxin has entered the stage of factory construction in full swing. It is expected to deliver two key factory buildings in the fourth quarter, and complete the installation and commissioning of major equipment on this basis. In the near future, we will welcome the commissioning of the third manufacturing base of the Beken Group, which will play a significant role in promoting the rapid release of production capacity and shortening the delivery cycle of the Beken Group.
